We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service at any time without notice.

4. Orders, Pricing & Payment

  • Your approval of the proof (via email or the Site) confirms that all details are correct.

  • Once approved, changes may not be possible or may incur additional charges.

  • We are not responsible for errors in spelling, dates, or design details that were present in the proof and approved by you.

6. Intellectual Property & User-Submitted Designs

a. Our Intellectual Property

7. Shipping & Delivery

We ship orders to the address you provide at checkout. You are responsible for ensuring that your shipping information is complete and accurate.

  • Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

If a package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at admin@stitchetch3d.com so we can assist you with next steps, which may include filing a claim with the carrier and discussing replacement options.
